Full rundown
Until now Founder's Pack cosmetics were tied to a single character. Players said that made it awkward to play with friends on other servers or to level other classes, and NCSOFT is changing it based on Early Access feedback.
What becomes account-wide

When
No date yet. NCSOFT says the work may take several days and will only wrap up after Early Access; whether you need to do anything, and from when, is promised in a separate post. As of October 6 it hasn't appeared.
If you now want a higher tier
Some players bought a cheaper pack precisely because of the old restriction. NCSOFT says nobody should pay twice:
- PURPLE — you can upgrade your pack to a higher tier.
- Steam — buy the higher tier on the same account and request a refund of the cheaper one through Customer Support. The exact process comes in the follow-up post.
Side benefit: with server transfers from October 14, your cosmetics no longer pin you to one character.
