This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
1. Service provider
- The Daeva Guides site (daevaguides.com, the "Site") is run by Opeenet sp. z o.o., registered office in Wrocław, ul. Świętego Mikołaja 8/11 lok. 208, 50-125 Wrocław, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001057002 (Sąd Rejonowy dla Wrocławia-Fabrycznej we Wrocławiu, VI Wydział Gospodarczy KRS — the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the KRS), NIP 8952261686, REGON 526343626, share capital PLN 15,000 (the "Provider").
- Contact: kontakt@daevaguides.com.
- A User is anyone who uses the Site.
- These terms are available free of charge on this page before you start using the Site; you can save or print them with your browser's functions.
2. Types and scope of services
The Provider offers the following services free of charge:
- Access to content — class guides, topic guides, news and the class-choice quiz.
- The "Check your character" tool — after you enter the region, server and name of a character, the Site fetches that character's public data from NCSOFT's service and compares it with the class guide.
- The "Where to put your next point" tool on class pages — suggests which skill to put points into, based on the levels entered by the User.
- Daily and weekly list — a to-do list to tick off, remembered in the User's browser.
The Site does not require registration or an account and contains no paid services or ads.
3. Conclusion and termination of the contract
- The contract for the provision of services is concluded when the User starts using the Site (opens a page), and for the "Check your character" tool — when the User sends a query.
- The contract is concluded for the time of using the Site and ends when the User stops using it (closes the page). The User can stop using the Site at any time, without giving a reason and without costs.
4. Technical requirements
- To use the Site you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- The content can be read without JavaScript. The tools (level slider, "Where to put your next point", board, daily list, "Check your character") need JavaScript enabled, and remembering settings needs browser storage (localStorage) enabled.
- Using the internet involves general risks, such as malware or impersonation of well-known sites (phishing). The Site never asks for passwords, game login details or payment details. Links to external sites open pages that are the responsibility of their owners.
5. Rules of use
- The User must not provide unlawful content. In practice, the only content the User enters is the region, server and character name in the "Check your character" tool.
- It is forbidden to act in a way that disrupts the Site, in particular mass automated queries to the "Check your character" tool and circumventing the query limit.
6. Complaints
- You can submit a complaint by e-mail to kontakt@daevaguides.com. Please describe the problem, name the page it concerns and give an e-mail address for the reply.
- The Provider answers a complaint by e-mail within 14 days of receiving it.
7. Liability
- The content of the Site is for information only. Aion 2 is constantly changed by its publisher, so the Provider does not guarantee that the content is always up to date, complete and free of errors; we give sources with every guide.
- The "Check your character" tool uses NCSOFT's public service. The Provider is not responsible for the availability, interruptions or accuracy of data of that service.
- The Provider may temporarily switch off the Site or a part of it, e.g. for technical work.
- The provisions of this point do not exclude or limit the Provider's liability to the extent that mandatory law does not allow it, in particular provisions protecting consumers.
8. Copyright and trademarks
- The Site is fan-made and not affiliated with NCSOFT. Aion 2 and related names, icons and graphics are trademarks or works of NCSOFT and are used for information purposes only.
- The texts of the guides are the Provider's own work. You may quote them to a reasonable extent with the source and a link; copying whole pages requires permission.
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
A User who is a consumer can use out-of-court ways of handling complaints and pursuing claims, among others the free help of a county (city) consumer ombudsman (powiatowy / miejski rzecznik konsumentów) or the permanent consumer arbitration court (stały polubowny sąd konsumencki) at the provincial inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Information about these options is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl). Consumers from other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.
10. Governing law and changes to the terms
- Polish law applies to the contracts. The choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they usually live.
- The Provider may change the terms for important reasons, e.g. a change in the law or in the scope of services. The new version is published on this page with its effective date and applies to the use of the Site after that date.
- The rules on processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy.
- These terms apply from 6 October 2026.
