Full rundown
On October 8 several European servers went down because of an outage at NCSOFT's cloud service provider. NCSOFT posted a notice the same day and later marked it "Resolved". It didn't say when the outage started or ended. In the evening it announced compensation for everyone on the affected servers.
Affected servers
- Elyos (10): Nezekan, Kaisinel, Ariel, Meslamtaeda, Nania, Luteros, Daminu, Bakarma, Kochi, Tiamat.
- Asmodian (11): Zikel, Lumiel, Azphel, Beritra, Ulgorn, Odar, Kromede, Baba, Fafnir, Agnita, Atiel.
Both Early Access and launch servers are on the list. Other European servers and other regions aren't. Which server is paired with which: servers and pairings.
What you get
A Special Daeva Supply Chest arrives by in-game mail. All items in it are Bound:

On top of that:
- +1 day of membership, but only if your membership is active on an affected server.
- +1 day of pet auto loot, but only if you have it active on an affected server.
Both days are added automatically. What membership gives: is Aion 2 pay to win.
When
NCSOFT says the compensation comes with the next maintenance. That's the extra maintenance on October 9 from 08:30 CEST (October 8, 23:30 PDT), about 1.5 hours (details). Check your mailbox after it. The notice doesn't say whether the chest goes to every character or once per account.
