Full rundown
For the global launch NCSOFT runs two attendance logs at the same time. This notice isn't on the Announcements board but on the separate Events page of the game site. Both logs started on September 30 (6:00 AM PDT / 15:00 CEST) and end on December 15 at 10:30 PM PST, which is December 16 at 07:30 CET. You'll find them in the in-game menu under Attendance.
The log resets every day at 11:00 PM Pacific time. In Central Europe that's 08:00 in the morning, except from October 25 to November 1, when it's 07:00 — Europe changes its clocks a week before the US.

Day 7 is the big one: a million Kina is a lot of money early on. Centuryroot Tokens are spent in the Festival Shop, Phantasmal Fragments in the Nightmare Trade Shop (wikily), and Abyss Points are the PvP currency.
14 days: Daily Attendance
All items are Bound. Days 8–14 repeat days 1–7:

Rules
- Once per server. Only one character per server collects the rewards. A character on another server has its own log.
- Nothing from the event can be traded, and everything lands directly in your inventory.
- NCSOFT doesn't say whether the logs start over after day 7 or day 14, or whether you have to log in on consecutive days.
- NCSOFT can change dates and some rewards "due to internal circumstances".
