When is the reset?

Europe leaves summer time on October 25, the US on November 1. After November 1 the weekly reset on the US West Coast lands on Tuesday at 23:00 PST.
ExpCarry and aion2hub give 07:00 UTC directly, and couga54 logs the first weekly reset as September 30, 07:00 UTC. Game8 and MetaBot say "16:00 server time" — same moment, since the global server clock runs 9 hours ahead of UTC (aion2hub). Korea and Taiwan use different reset times, so don't take them from Korean guides.
Daylight saving caveat. The server clock has no DST, so the reset should stay at 07:00 UTC and move by an hour on your local clock. Sources disagree here: couga54 assumes the reset keeps its local European hour. We'll confirm on the first resets after the change (Sunday October 25 and Wednesday October 28) and update the table. Until then, trust the in-game countdown over any conversion.
What resets daily?
The list matches across Game8, ExpCarry and MetaBot. Most of it only matters at level 45 — while you're levelling through the campaign, the reset barely touches you.

Odyle Energy doesn't wait for the reset — you get 15 every 3 hours around the clock. That's why sitting at the cap wastes it.
What resets on Wednesday?

Unused weekly entries are lost — they don't roll over. That's why every source says the same thing: run Ascension Trial and Daily Dungeon on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning, when your item level is highest for the week. Gotcha: the Duty tab before level 45
In the first week there was a bug: if you opened the Duty tab in your Journal before level 45, Duty Missions only appeared after the next daily reset instead of right when you hit 45. NCSOFT listed a fix in the October 5 maintenance notes. If you still don't see Duty after hitting 45, wait for the next reset.
Spacetime Rifts every 3 hours
The portal into the enemy faction's zone opens every 3 hours (aion2hub, couga54): at 00:00, 03:00, 06:00 … 21:00 UTC. That's 02:00, 05:00, 08:00 … 23:00 in both CEST and EDT (until daylight saving ends). couga54 says the entrance stays open for about 10 minutes.
Maintenance
There's no fixed weekly maintenance day yet. The first one labelled "weekly scheduled maintenance" was Sunday October 4 at 22:00 PDT / Monday October 5 at 07:00 CEST (8 hours, full launch); the one before was October 1 at 08:00 CEST. We cover every announcement in the news.
